What if the product does not match the description?

If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

Do you provide buyer protection?

All orders placed are protected by a standard set of guarantees, also known as Buyer Protection. Buyer protection starts from the moment you have paid for your order. Once you have confirmed receiving your order, you will have 15 days to apply for a refund. Buyer Protection ensures you will receive your item on time and as described.

Do you provide light bulbs?

Almost all lamps are shipped with light bulbs, light bulbs are provided as a gift to you. If the gift bulb is damaged during transport, we will be unable to compensate, please understand 🙂

How do I provide feedback?
