Limited Liability Warranty

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LeverWise. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Limited Warranty.

This Limited Liability Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from LeverWise (“Physical Goods”).

This Limited Warranty covers and defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, LeverWise will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

LeverWise will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchase from LeverWise is up to 15 days after your order has been completed.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of LeverWise
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refund Guarantee

If you didn’t receive your product or its significantly different to the description, we guarantee to refund your payment.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of LeverWise
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account

If you didn’t receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time, you can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

On Time Delivery Guarantee

We want to ensure that your purchase will arrive on time, therefore we provide a guarantee that products will be delivered by a set date.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order in time.
